Our intimate 900 sq ft space is the perfect environment for workshops, pop-up shops, meetings, staff retreats, paint & sips, photo shoots, recording podcasts, video shoots, networking events, panel discussions, listening parties, and so much more.
During non-store hours, all rentals are $55/hr — except for meetings/podcast rentals, which those are $25/hr. There is a 2 hour minimum for all rentals. If you’d like to have an event during store hours it is $55 in total for 3 hours (please keep in mind that people will be able to shop during your event). If it’s after hours, it’s 25% off the overall fee if the marketplace is open during your event.
When renting the space, you have access to the following:

**Our space is currently available for rentals; however, these items will not be available with your rental till the grand opening of the space on September 4, 2019**
All event rentals include a $35 cleaning fee, and include one hour for set-up + one hour for clean-up. A deposit of half of your overall fee is required to officially book the space.
