Return + Exchange Policy
Distinctly Creative is not liable for packages once they've been shipped -- including lost or stolen packages.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by USPS, the shipment will be returned. Re-shipment fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipments that go unclaimed after being delivered will be returned. Re-shipment fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges are only allowed if your good is damaged or defective. You must send us an email at email@example.com within 10 business days of delivery with pictures of the damage or defect in order for the exchange to be processed.
Requests after 15 days of purchase are not eligible for an exchange.
Distinctly Creative does not offer refunds. All sales are final.
